OUR SERVICES
01/If you like the idea of long term hassle free investment. The process is simple. Rather than signing an agreement with a tenant, you, the landlord will sign a management contract with TRUE Property HOUSE and we become your tenant. This contract usually lasts for a minimum of 3 years but could be several more if you wish to guarantee your rent for longer.
02/We will manage both the property and tenants, in some cases we may need to upgrade your house at our own cost. All changes will be agreed by you at first.
We use weekly professional cleaners to ensure the house is kept spotless. We will look after the garden if there is one. TRUE PROPERTY HOUSE pay all bills, electricity, gas, water, phone, internet and council tax.
03/We provide quarterly reports with updates and photos, however if you wish to visit the property then you are free to do so.
